PROTECTAB ENTERIC-1

PROTECTAB ENTERIC-1 is a complete Enteric Coating Premix based on a Judicial combination of HPMCP with CAP. This unique combination helps improve the long term stability of the Enteric Film and gives our Customers consistent and reproducible performance every time.

PROTECTAB ENTERIC-1 can be reconstituted either in Acetone or in a mixture of Methylene Dichloride and Iso Propyl Alcohol. A 10 to 14% weight gain gives good resistance to gastric pH. PROTECTAB ENTERIC-1 is soluble in solutions of pH 5.5 and above and therefore ensures quick release of the drug in the Intestinal pH.
